To get a flavour for your needs, we’ll arrange a short phone call. We’ll discover your reasons for approaching us and establish whether we can add value. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a feel for us and how we work. If you’d like to proceed, we will send you a link to fill out a secure fact-find before the Discovery Meeting.

Our financial planner will look at the fact-find you completed before this meeting, so we can spot any opportunities before we meet. Once we’ve spoken about your goals and filled in any gaps, we’ll submit an overview of where we can help moving forwards, and give you an idea of the costs. It’s then up to you to decide if you’d like to proceed.

If you choose to proceed, we will carry out an in-depth analysis of your finances and present a recommendation on how to best achieve your objectives. You can ask any questions you wish to help you make an informed decision, and you will be given time to decide whether you feel the advice is right for you.

Once you are happy and have agreed on the recommendations, we will get to work and implement them on your behalf. During this time, our administration team will keep in regular contact with you and answer any questions you have.

Once your financial plan is in place, it is vital to keep it under review, so it can be adapted where necessary to your changing needs and objectives, and any wider economic changes that may affect your plan. We will set up your next review meeting and regularly contact you during the first year to ensure you’re happy with everything.
