Where are meetings held?
We are happy to hold meetings wherever our clients feel most comfortable, be that in our office, on a video call or at your home.
Do you have parking?
We have ample on-site parking at our offices, so there’s no need to seek out a multi-storey car park before your visit.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
All our initial meetings are held at our expense.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
We will issue you with a link to our secure portal before our meeting. This allows you to provide everything we need in advance, that way, we can come into the initial meeting with a good idea of who you are and how we can help.
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
We’ll be guided by you during the meeting, but we’d recommend allowing for at least an hour.
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?
No, our initial meetings come with no obligation to proceed with our services.

Can you advise on final salary / defined benefit transfers?
We do not advise on defined benefit transfers ourselves, however, we do have a third-party partner that we can refer you to.
What happens if my financial planner is away on holiday?
Our client support team is available to assist with most queries; however, we can also have another of our planners contact you if necessary.
Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?
Our fees are percentage-based and relate to the value of funds we manage on your behalf.
Do you charge VAT?
No, we do not charge VAT on our services.
