Fees
Be clear on what to expect, the service you’ll receive and what charges will be applied.
Navigating our fees with ease
We believe in being upfront and clear on our fees. Therefore, we’ll never charge you until you have formally agreed on the service and charges due.
The actual charge will be disclosed within your Recommendation Report, which will be given to you before any recommendations are carried out. This agreement will need to be signed by you and returned to us before we proceed.
When it comes to the value of advice, a study by Vanguard identified seven key areas where advisers can add value, estimating values for each area. The total sum was discovered to be around 3% per annum.
Our initial charge
For new business, we charge an initial fee of 2% on assets valued up to £250,000, and 1% on the next £500,000. Once assets total £750,000, there will be no further initial fee. The initial fee is capped at £10,000.
Fees for more complicated cases, including but not limited to, business interests, existing trusts, Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS), Venture Capital Trusts (VCT), and multiple properties will be calculated at an hourly rate and will be agreed upfront before commencing any work.
We do not charge VAT on our services.
